The Shanks formed in 2001 and are a group of experienced musicians. Having spent the last 5 years as a professional covers band playing Weddings, Parties, Pubs and Clubs, they have honed their set to a polished, tight performance, making them one of the leading covers bands in the Berkshire area.
Today the Shanks have a repertoire of over 100 songs, whether your taste is that 60's Mersey beat
sound, those great early 90's indie songs or modern day classics from bands such as The Killers or The Kaiser Chiefs, the Shanks can cater for all.
The Shanks come fully equipped with a full PA system and lighting rig to make your entertainment experience the 'very' best. All musicians have Music Guard insurance and all band equipment is PAT
tested for safety.

Marshall bass stack. 2 x Vox AC30 Guitar amps. Drum Kit.
Lighting: 2 x 4-par can (T-Bar and stands) coloured lights with variable controllers. 3 par can floor lights.
