The members of the Aurora String Quartet met whilst working as professional freelance musicians in Bristol. Between them, they have a very broad range of musical experience, and as individual musicians have worked with ensembles ranging from specialist baroque ensembles to Massive Attack, via Opera North, English Symphony Orchestra, British Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, Sinfonia Cymru and musicals in London’s West End. They have also been involved in numerous BBC recordings and broadcasts.
